Common Applications
How it Works
DACO advanced optical bi-stable shutter devices are pulse-driven. When the shutter receives the positive/negative pulse, the shutter moves in its "On" position, it will stay there even when the operating voltage is removed. The unit will return to the "Off" position when it receives the reverse negative/positive pulse.
Bi-stable Shutter Interactivity

Press the power button to see the effect when voltage is supplied to the advanced optical bi-stable shutter. The positive/negative pulse will move the shutter to the "On" position. The shutter will not return until you reverse the pulse with the other power button, reversing the negative/positive pulse to the unit.
The Shockwave Flash Player is required to view the bi-stable shutter interactivity above.
